Sandra Juto is an illustrator/artist and crocheter extraordinaire, but I think she needs to add photographer to her lists of accomplishments. On her site, Smosch, she gives us a peek into her world of Gothenburg, Sweden with her stunning photographs and shows us there's much more beauty to Sweden than Ikea might lead you to believe.
Not only does she capture the essence of her city, her photos of her travels make you feel as if you're discovering them alongside her.
She has the uncanny ability to give you a sense of place and her photo sets are a carefully curated selection of what you might see in your travels, like this dog on the streets of New York.
Her incredible attention to detail spotlights the beauty in everyday objects. She's a fellow coffee lover, and her (many) photographs of her exploits into the art of the coffee break, make me want to get to Sweden and have a fika.
It's rare that someone's photos alone can make you want to travel someplace, so check out her photos for a good dose of serious inspiration.
