Lunch in Saletto

by ontheroad on 05/11/2009

This is what we had for lunch today. It's as simple and delcious as you can get. Fabiola prepared penne with a sugo (or sauce) that was fabulous. We didn't get a chance to see exactly how she made it, but I did spy her shredding carrots with a vegetable peeler. That has to be the secret to a sweet sugo.
