Barbecue: Italian Style

Last night for dinner we had barbecue, Italian-style. We also watched this video by Rhett and Link one too many times. "Barbecue is not a verb, it's a kind of meat prepared in a very special way." ;) That doesn't just hold true in the Southern United States, but in Italy as well. Pork on the grill with lots and lots of olive oil and rosemary. We didn't take photos of the final product, because, well, we were hungry. Take a peek at our grigliata.

After dinner, we were treated to an impromptu concert by Fabiola and a "typical Italian song." (It's La Canzone del Sole by Lucio Battisti.) You can listen to an excerpt here:
