The Kröller-Müller Museum near Arnhem in the Netherlands has a gallery with some great Van Gogh works (not the drab stuff) and a sculpture garden. Situated in the De Hoge Veluwe national park, grab yourself one of the 1700 free bicycles for a ride around the beautiful woodlands. Map here.

You missed a great one; the garden of Soviet-era statues in Lithuania. Can't remember the name of the top of my head but it's a few hours by coach from Vilnius.
Is it Grutas Park? We have our own Soviet-era statue here in Seattle, the Lenin statue in Fremont.
